Mac Computer Printing - Staple

The new copiers can staple pages together. To enable this feature, you will need to follow the below steps. 

• Open System Preferences
• Click on Printers & Scanners
• Click on one of the SecureFollowMe printers
• Click on Options & Supplies
• Click Options
• Under Finisher, change this to FS-539 or FS-536
• Click Ok

Please note you will need to follow the steps for both of the SecureFollowMe printers. 

After you have made the above changes, here are the steps to print and staple at the same time. 

• Click Command P or the printer icon
• Make sure the Destination is one of the new SecureFollowMe printers
• Click More Settings
• Click Print Using System Dialog
• Change Layout to Layout / Finish
• Click on Finish
• Check the box for Staple
• Click Print
