User can set up their voicemail by clicking the voicemail button on the right side of the phone. IT staff have set all users' PINs to their Staff ID number to access their voicemail accounts. If you do not know your PIN, please open a ticket with the Tech Help Desk.
If the phone is assigned to a user, no voicemails will be saved to the phone. If a voicemail is left, it will be emailed to the assigned user.
Below are the steps to set your voicemail greeting:
- Press the voicemail icon button on your phone.
- Enter your voicemail PIN and #.
- Press 9.
- Press 8.
- Press 0.
- Record your greeting and press #.
- Press 0 to save.
- Press 1 to repeat.
- Press 2 to verify.
