Infinite Campus - Absence Requests

Albany Area School District is excited to announce Infinite Campus Absence Requests. Parents and guardians can use the Absence Request tool to submit a request that informs the office in advance when their student will not be in school. After the request is processed, Infinite Campus creates an attendance record for the student.

Steps to use Infinite Campus Absence Requests

• Log into Infinite Campus Parent
• Select More (on the left side)
• Select Absence Requests
• Select the student
• Select the Excuse
  • Illness
  • Vacation
  • Doctor, Dental, or Chiropractic appointments
  • College Visit (high school students only)
  • Other
• Select One of Three Absence Types
  • Full Day Absence
    • Select Start and End Dates
  • Arrive Late
    • Select Date
    • Enter Time Arriving
  • Leave Early
    • Select Date 
    • Enter Time Leaving
• Include a brief description of your student’s absence in the Comment section.
• Select Submit
