Message Center

This article will show staff how to send parents messages from Infinite Campus using the Message Center. This is a great tool to send a class-wide message to parents and guardians. 

• Login to Infinite Campus.
• Under the Main Menu, click on Communication. 
  • If you do not see Communication, please make sure you have the New Look enabled. 
• Click on Message Center.
• Click New.
• Enter a Message Subject and Message Body.
  • If you would like to attach a PDF, you can click on Add Email Attachment.
• Click Next.
• Under Sections, select the class you want to send the message to.
• Under Recipients, select Messenger Contacts.
  • Messenger Contacts are the parents/guardians of the students in the class that you select in the above step.
• Click Next.
• Click Send.
